We give you chance to learn with our Italian Nordic Walking School Instructors how to walk correctly with sticks… and then you will be ready, to use them in the correct way also during your excursions!
It has been proved that, using nordic walking tecniques, you will reduce the fatigue and the efforts so that you could have a longer and better sport performance.You can improve also your humor because our body products more endorphins and serotonin which are useful against anxiety and depression!
