* Arrival and departure:
Check in from 4 pm
Check out within 9.00 am
* At the arrival in our office in Stradon de Fascia 10/B:
– you will get the keys
– give your ID card or passport for registration
– pay the final amount (cash / banck check)
– take some local maps and we will give you some general reccomandations.
*The price includes the electricity and water consumption, gas, heating.
*For your arrival we will prepare the bedrooms. Pay attention: households bed linen are not included in the price!
* For your baby boy/girl we can prepare also a children cot / a child seat.
* The amount for final house cleaning is €60 for three-room apartment with one bathroom. The kitchenette must be cleaned and with no residual waste.
*There is an extra touristic tax to pay € 0,70 per person/day for 7 days; children up to 10 years old excluded. Payment by cash.
*As booking confirmation we ask you to pay the 30% of the quotation in advance. At the arrival you will settle it up.
*Cancellation of the booking. We really hope that this will not happen. If you cancel the reservation over 15 days before the arrival we will withheld only the retainage; if you cancel the reservation within 14 days before the arrival we will ask you the 80% of the whole staying.
If you postpone your arrival or departure, the payment of the whole amount is required.
